A Community To Be Proud Of
Who We Are
At Southern Rock Restaurants, we’re built on passion, fueled by purpose, and powered by our people. With over 160 restaurants across 13 states and our Restaurant Support Center based in Franklin, Tennessee, we’re more than a company—we’re a growing family rooted in hospitality and driven by human connection. We don’t just work hard and play hard—we live loud, lead with heart, and show up ready to give it everything we’ve got.
Our success doesn’t come from playing it safe. It comes from a deep commitment to serving others, a fearless drive to grow, and a belief that greatness starts with our team.
Our core values? They’re more than words—they’re the rhythm we live by:
- Crush It with Excellence – Whether we’re behind the line or out front with our Guests, we bring the heat every single day. Great experiences aren’t a goal—they’re the standard.
- Lift the Band – We empower our team to rise, shine, and take the spotlight. When one of us wins, we all turn up the volume.
- Serve Relentlessly – From our people to our plates to the communities we call home, we’re all in. No shortcuts. No backing down. Just relentless service with heart and hustle.
Feed Us Today
Together, we can make a difference! Give back to the communities who have supported us throughout the year and to feed over 100,000 in a day!
Serving Those Who Serve Us
When Southern Rock Restaurants opens a McAlister’s Deli in a new town being a good neighbor is accomplished through serving great food to those who serve the community the restaurant is opening in. In 2019, Southern Rock Restaurants created its Community Heroes Dinner to celebrate the heroes in the town its restaurants call home.
The Saturday before a restaurant opens, Nurses, Teachers, Firefighters, Police Officers, First Responders, Veterans and Military Personnel are invited to enjoy a complimentary meal at the new restaurant. For an evening, we get to serve those who serve us.

Standing Up When Disaster Strikes
When weather or natural disasters impact a community where we operate, we want to lend a hand however we can. The Southern Rock Restaurants quickly mobilizes our resources to provide free meals in the restaurant and in the field to first responders and recovery personnel who are helping to rebuild the community. Being a good neighbor means being there when times get difficult.
